Michael Kelly is a Senior Project Director and Certified Management Consultant with over twenty years experience in the Information Technology industry, specializing in program/project management, strategic consulting and facilitation. Michael’s deep program/project management skills and experience come from being both a practitioner and coach through many large and complex assignments. He has led enterprise scale projects in healthcare and insurance from strategic planning through to implementation. Michael is recognized by clients for his ability to manage effectively in highly complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Kim Bustin has over twenty years of experience in Privacy, Risk Management, Corporate Planning, and Program Management across a wide range of industries. She has led numerous privacy impact assessments and organization-wide privacy gap analyses, many within the health care sector, and has advised clients on all aspects of privacy management programs. Prior to joining Mara, Kim built and led a successful privacy and risk management consulting business. She has held senior roles including Chief Privacy Officer, Director of Enterprise Risk & Information Management, and Controller for two billion dollar corporations in Atlantic Canada. A solution builder, Kim is recognized by her clients for bringing clarity and structure to complex information and ideas. Kim is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C).
