Michael is an organized, motivated and charismatic Privacy Analyst with extensive knowledge of government, public policy and the policy process. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University.
As a former varsity athlete, Michael is an effective communicator who thrives under pressure. His ability to think critically, analyze complex information and ask thoughtful and insightful questions make him a valuable member to any team.
Michael has assisted with several privacy impact assessments and privacy gap analyses, as well as aided in developing data sharing agreements. He also has experience with stakeholder engagement, policy development and research.
Outside of work, Michael spends the majority of his free time as a basketball coach with the Halifax Grammar School. When not coaching, Michael can be found searching the province for tee times, hoping to improve his painfully average golf game.
