Renuka Khanna (She/Her), Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci)

Renuka is a Prosci-certified change practitioner with over 10 years of experience in digital transformation, service/​operational process development and organizational change. She excels at building stakeholder relationships and engaging with the people side of change, while also leveraging her technology background to understand and communicate the details. She has skills and knowledge working with the Agile framework and methodology. Her focus is always bringing industry best practices to support organizational effectiveness and user experience. 

When she is not working you can find Renuka showing off her moves in a Zumba class, spending quality time with her family and if you ask her, you might get to hear some stories about her time living in the North!
