Angela Arsenault (She/Her), CIPP/C, MEd

Angela (Ang) combines strategic leadership with a practical, collaborative approach to helping organizations navigate complex policy, privacy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives. Drawing on extensive experience in senior public sector and consulting roles, Angela works closely with clients to develop thoughtful, pragmatic solutions that balance legislative requirements, operational realities, and organizational objectives.

Known for building strong, trusted relationships, Angela is valued for her ability to bring people together, simplify complex issues, and guide organizations through challenging decisions with confidence and clarity. Her experience spans policy and program development, privacy and information management, digital health, governance, strategic planning, and organizational risk management. Whether advising executive leadership, facilitating stakeholder engagement, or leading multidisciplinary teams, Angela is committed to delivering practical outcomes that create lasting value for clients.

Angela is incredibly proud of the team at Mara and the culture they have built together. She is passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues, believing that exceptional results come from collaboration, curiosity, kindness, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. Outside of her work at Mara, Angela serves as a member of the IWK Research Ethics Board. She enjoys volunteering in her community, spending time with her family, and is still known for occasionally surprising her colleagues with the odd practical joke.
