Gabrielle Kelly is a Senior Business Consultant with 8+ years of experience in public sector digital transformation. With a background in human-centred design, Gabrielle brings a user-centred approach to all aspects of her projects to deliver meaning services.

A skilled communicator and facilitator, Gabrielle leads complex change initiatives from strategy through to delivery, guiding teams and stakeholders through the practical realities of organizational transformation. 

Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Design and is a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner. She combines service design methodology with hands on change management practice, helping organizations translate their most challenging projects into services that work for the people who rely on them. 

In her personal time, Gabrielle is a certified yoga teacher and a Girl Guides leader, bringing the same care for people and process to her community work as she does to her client engagements.
