Michael Kelly (He/Him), CMC

Michael is a founding Principal of Mara Consulting and a Senior Project Director and Certified Management Consultant with more than thirty years of experience in the Information Technology industry, specializing in program/​project management, strategic consulting and facilitation in healthcare and public sector environments. Michael honed his deep program and project management experience by implementing numerous large-scale, complex projects, ranging from strategic planning to system implementations with combined budgets of more than $110 Million. 

He revels in the hard projects and is known for building high performing teams that can work effectively across multiple stakeholder organizations. 

Michael is a native Nova Scotian, committed to building a vibrant firm that provides opportunity for team members to achieve their career goals while collectively punch above their weight by delivering superior value to clients. 

He is a proud graduate of St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Information Systems. When not at work, Michael can be found spending time with his family, enjoying the amazing biking trails of Halifax, pursuing an elusive life-long goal of a decent golf swing or volunteering with a minor hockey team.
