Nanette Shroff (she/her), Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci)

Nanette has over 20 years of public sector experience in a variety of departments and roles, from Recreation and Policing IT to Health sector Operations and Procurement oversight. As a Managing Partner at Mara Consulting, she provides leadership across business development, marketing, human resources, financial management and firm operations. 

Nanette is also a Prosci certified Change Management practitioner, with a passion for the people side of change. Her ability to analyze information and translate it into meaningful content for both technical and non-technical audiences is a further complement to her diverse skill set. 

Nanette loves to spend her free time with her lovely family and dearest friends. Sunshine, walking the dog, baking for neighbours, and celebrating the little things, make her heart full to bursting!
