Rebecca Ramirez is a Prosci certified Change Management consultant with over eight years of experience facilitating organizational changes, building communication plans, analyzing business practices and implementing solutions that improve and streamline processes. She has worked on projects of all sizes in several industries, including health care, education, professional services and utilities.
Her favourite part of change management is getting to learn about different organizations and their most important asset – their people. She is a fast learner and is known for her collaborative approach and ability to develop strong relationships with clients to effect substantial change.
Rebecca is a former Torontonian who loves all things Nova Scotia – especially the ocean, chatting to friendly strangers at the grocery store and, of course, kitchen parties.
