Sromon is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and Agile Certified Practitioner with consulting experience in the public and private sectors.

Sromon will support our clients through their business and technology transformations, utilizing his project and program management expertise and experience of over 10 years. He is adept at directing projects in waterfall, hybrid, and agile environments, incorporating principles of change management and continuous improvement in his approach. He is a firm believer in demonstrating empathy and is committed to enhancing his understanding of his clients and their needs through thoughtful engagement.

Sromon is an avid runner and actively participates in races in and around Halifax. He also enjoys woodworking and photography in his spare time.
