Stuart is a technology consulting professional based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with over 18 years’ experience in the areas of cybersecurity, IT project and program management, digital forensics and IT governance, risk and compliance. Working with clients in both government and the private sector, Stuart has extensive IT consulting experience, working in industries such as healthcare, energy, defence, transport / logistics and financial / wealth management. His education background covers the areas of Systems Management, Software Development, Computing and Information Systems and Project Management and is certified and trained in the areas of Cybersecurity, DFIR, IT GRC, MDAA, TCET and Architecture / Infrastructure Management from organizations such as the CPC-TCLI, IBM, Microsoft and GIAC

Stuart’s commitment to cybersecurity and forensics industries has led him to developing curriculum and training materials for various non-profit organizations, as well as speaking at technology conferences and workshops on the topics of IT critical infrastructure protection, forensics program development, digital forensics applications and hardware analysis. 

When he isn’t helping Mara’s clients achieve their goals, Stuart can be found applying his technical skillset with numerous volunteer organizations, planning his next hiking excursion and sifting through endless stacks of baseball cards while chasing anything Red Sox.
